4. Bed material and process
Bed panel: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel stamping process, the back bed surface adopts a double support structure, which is sturdy and solid. The double support is made of cold-rolled steel plate stamping forming, which enhances the load-bearing capacity of the back panel and reduces the stress on the rocker arm; Surface electrostatic spraying process, smooth surface without burrs, convenient for daily wiping, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.

5. Main components of the bed frame
1. The overall bed frame adopts high-quality cold-rolled profiles to ensure that the entire bed body is sturdy, firm, and runs smoothly; The bed frame is made of cold-rolled steel pipes, with precise dimensions and no burrs. The overall frame is welded and formed by an automatic welding robot, with stable and excellent welding quality, basically no welding seams or pores. The bed body is sturdy, with good load-bearing capacity, smooth surface without splashes, and can carry up to 240kg; The surface of the bed frame is sprayed with automated spraying equipment, with uniform coating and reduced adhesion. It has characteristics such as antibacterial, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and fading resistance; The bed can be disinfected under high temperature and pressure, or wiped with disinfectant.
2. Three sets of joysticks: hidden design, pasted with position lifting signs. Adjustable patient's back and leg position, bed height, equipped with in place protection device, plastic handle (with built-in metal inserts) design, covered with ABS plastic dust cover, sturdy and flexible, noiseless, easy to operate.
3. The total length of the side guardrail is 1080 ± 5mm, with a height of 320 ± 5mm when unfolded. The aluminum alloy handrail has undergone surface hardening treatment; Steel stamping base; Aluminum alloy guardrail pillar, not easily deformed, can be contracted and placed flat, slightly higher than the bed surface when contracted, which can prevent the mattress from shifting; Anti pinch design, high-strength fiberglass nylon quick positioning switch, with anti-collision function.
4. There are 3 sockets on both sides of the bed frame, including the front, middle, and back. At the bottom of the bed frame, there are 2 hooks (which can be used to hang drainage bags or urine bags) in the middle and back of the bed.
5. The bed has four legs with universal wheels, which are durable and not deformed.
6. The bed has a hidden small table board at the end.
